In the Menu text box, type “Play Slideshow”.Slide & scroll to the bottom of the application list and select Other… and then choose Keynote from the Applications:iWork ‘xx folder (or wherever it happens to be installed), then click on Add.Select the Plus button (at the bottom of the keyboard shortcut window) to create a new shortcut.Click the Keyboard shortcuts tab at the top of the window.However, to get the presenter to turn the presentation on and off, the F5 key needs to be remapped to work with Keynote. This is a very handy tool, as it has a built-in green laser pointer and can be programmed to run Mac OS Keynote. One of the tools I use is the Logitech R800 presenter. (The default is Command-Option-P.Having to go back and forth to the computer to advance slides or fool around at all. You’ll see on the View menu that “Play Slideshow” is now linked to the F5 shortcut.
